Traders say betting has so far been on the light side for tomorrow night’s 14-fight card at UFC 310 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
“Frankly, it’s not that surprising since Alexandre Pantoja and Kai Asakura are the main fight and the only title fight (flyweight),” said trader Mark Collier. bet on victor.

The betting rate for Asakura is the highest
“From past experience, the UFC flyweight division has never drawn large crowds, dating back to the days of Demetrius “Mighty Mouse” Johnson and his standard five-round chess matches, at least not currently. I’m sure that with someone like Alexandre Pantoja as the champion, ‘The Cannibal’ would be more aggressive in his pursuit of the finish. As for Asakura, who is naturally suited to bantamweight, he has never been submitted, so Pantoja may try to dominate and contain him if the fight moves into the championship round.
Early betting suggests Pantoja is considered too much for the 31-year-old Japanese candidate, with the match betting at 4/9 (-225) the most interesting at the moment. ”
Contestants in the heavyweight division
The card also features an interesting heavyweight bout between Cyril Gane and Alexander Volkov. It has been three years since the two last fought in the Octagon, and at a time when there is uncertainty about the future of the division.
Jon Jones defended his heavyweight title last month with a TKO against Stipe Miocic, forcing Miocic into retirement with Donald Trump in the Madison Square Garden crowd, but Jones is currently a light heavyweight. I’d like a fight with Alex Pereira, who the champion would promote (assuming he does). willing to do so) for a mega fight.
However, UFC president Dana White wants Jones to fight interim heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall in a unification bout. No doubt money will solve this problem.
Gane and Volkov have a chance to join Aspinall as legitimate challengers tomorrow night.
favorite game
“There hasn’t been much action on this at the moment, which may be a little surprising,” Collier said. “All eyes in the heavyweight division are on Jon Jones and his potential belt unification with our favorite Tom Aspinall. A three-round fight between Gaene and Volkov is a sure bet on most fight night cards. It feels a little strange considering it’s a main 5 round match and they did that 3 or 4 years ago as well, with Gane’s decision likely to be the result again, even at 4/5. It’s difficult to overcome.”
According to BetMGM’s stats, that fight handle is right in the middle – 52% for Gaen and 48% for Volkov. In terms of betting, 83% are on Gane and 17% are on Volkov, with Gane being the odds-on favorite (-275, Volkov +210).
The co-mains will feature undefeated welterweight contestants Shabat Rakhmonov (3rd place) and Ian Machado Garry (7th place).
“So far we’ve seen a lot of movement against Mr. Garry, including Mr. Rachmonov trying to humble the charismatic Irishman,” Collier said. “Our bettor appears to have won early show odds of 2/5 (-250) with the Las Vegas line moving in his favor at 2/7 (-350). Hard to call. Rachmonov has many ways to win this match and has the ability to submit Garry to the table, so it could be a very tough night for Garry.
Michael Van Page had a hard time defeating Ian Garry, but the submission of the 2/1 Rachmonov is certainly worth it this time. Additionally, the fight is scheduled for five rounds, which currently appears to favor a late finish. ”
