TEMECULA, CA — Nurse Blake—the international touring comedian and viral comic hailed “a genuine phenomenon” by The New York Times— is making a house call to Temecula’s Pechanga Resort Casino at 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20.
This is one of 45 new U.S.dates as an extension to his Shock Advised Comedy Tour, according to a recent media release. Tickets are now available on Ticketmaster.
“Following the success and hilarity of his 100-city North American tour in 2023, Nurse Blake kicked off 2024 by taking his comedy down under, performing one live show in New Zealand and five in Australia.
The international tour leg was not only a hit but proved to be a much-needed dose of laughter for audiences at the top of a new year.
“Now, Nurse Blake, who started his career as a nurse working in trauma centers across the country before transitioning to the world of comedy, is excited to share his signature blend of humor and nursing expertise within a new set of shows.
“The tour will pick up on September 28th in Savannah, GA, and the final show will take place in his home state of Florida in December.
Nurse Blake discussed the extension of his tour.
“I am so thrilled to extend the Shock Advised Tour through the remainder of 2024!” he says. “I have loved connecting with so many Healthcare workers around the world over the past year, sharing so many laughs and creating memories together, and I cannot wait to hit the road again this summer! It’s going to be so much fun!”
With nearly 4 million followers across social media, Nurse Blake has gained immense popularity for his original comedy videos shared through Instagram (1M+), TikTok (974K+), and Facebook (1.8M+) – many reaching viral status – aimed at the nursing profession. His lighthearted videos, a product of Lynch’s desire to cope with stress from his nursing job, have resonated with nurses, nursing students, and healthcare workers globally, amassing over 300 million views and counting.
